JP GALVIN PARK

Public BBQ

The location is described as a pleasant and peaceful place, ideal for morning walks, breakfasts, and spending time with dogs. It offers ample free parking, BBQ facilities, and beautiful ocean views. While the park is appreciated for its large picnic shelters and grassy areas, the fields can be wet at times. The nearby North Wollongong surf pavilion and Stuart Park provide additional facilities, such as toilets. Visitors recommend the beach for those looking for a great time but caution that the nearby Puckeys Beach is not safe for swimming.
